How to download a YouTube thumbnail

Every YouTube video exposes a fixed set of thumbnail sizes:
- Max-Res, 1280×720 (HD; not available on every video)
- SD, 640×480
- HQ, 480×360
- MQ, 320×180
- Default, 120×90
This tool checks each one and only shows the sizes a given video actually has, so you won't download a blank placeholder.
