Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Monitor YT ("the service") is operated by Mehul Mohan Global Technologies FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

Monitor YT watches publicly available YouTube channel data on your behalf and records changes, new uploads, title rewrites, thumbnail swaps, A/B tests, subscriber moves, and channel rebrands, into a timeline. Monitor YT is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

• The Free plan lets you track up to 5 channels at no cost.
• The Pro plan ($10/month) lets you track up to 100 channels. It renews monthly and is billed by our payment provider, Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't prorate partial months.
• If we change pricing, we'll tell you before it affects you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to disrupt or overload it, no automated scraping of our API, no reselling or republishing the data feed as your own product, and no using the service for anything unlawful.

6. Data accuracy

Everything we show is derived from publicly visible YouTube pages, polled on a best-effort schedule (roughly every 15 minutes). Counts are approximate, changes can be detected late or occasionally missed, and YouTube can change what it exposes at any time. The timeline is a research aid, don't rely on it as a guaranteed, complete record.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the billing page once you have no active Pro subscription. Deletion is permanent: your channel list is wiped, you're signed out everywhere, and the same Google account cannot be used to register again.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its design, and its software belong to us. YouTube channel names, titles, and thumbnails shown in your feed belong to their respective creators and are displayed for monitoring purposes only.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
